The Photographic Society of Malaysia cordially invites photographers throughout the world to participate in the Malaysia International Salon of Photography 2019. The Salon is conducted in conformity with PSA and FIAP, and acceptances and awards are eligible for PSA Star Ratings, Who's Who, and credited towards the PSA and FIAP Distinctions.

The Salon is open for submission with four sections:

• Projected Image Colour Open Section
• Projected Image Monochrome Open Section
• Projected Image Travel (Colour) Section
• Projected Image Nature (Colour) Section

Closing and judging dates, venues, patronage numbers and correspondence details for this edition are pending confirmation from PSM.

Conditions of entry

• Participants are to submit their entries online at www.psmsalon.com.
• All final work must be a digital file. Images shot on film must be scanned into digital format.
• All entries must be submitted in 8-bit JPEG format. Images are judged on a 65-inch 4K ultra-high-resolution LED screen at 3840 × 2160 pixels; entries should not exceed these dimensions and must not exceed 5 MB.
• Each image must be the personal and exclusive work of the entrant. Any modification of the original image must be made by the entrant or under their personal direction.
• Image modifications are to be kept to a minimum in the open sections.
• Image titles must be unique and limited to 32 English characters.
• Judges may not participate in any section they judge.
• The acceptance rate is between 25% and 35%.
• PSM reserves the right to reproduce accepted images for the salon catalogue and related publicity.
